Innovation workshops
Duration: 1 to 3 days

Strategic seminars
Duration: 1 to 2 days
The CPS problem-solving process ensures that each seminar is as productive as possible. The process is used to:

  • outline a diagnostic of the issue
  • explore the vision of the desired future
  • define the challenges to resolve
  • optimize multi-disciplinary or multicultural teamwork
  • lead to a plan of consensual actions
